- AI-powered attendee matching and recommendations
- Event agenda and session management
- In-app messaging between attendees
- Meeting scheduling and voice note capture (optional)
- Session intelligence and content summaries (when available)
- Post-event networking and follow-up tools
AI features generate recommendations and insights. All AI outputs are advisory — they do not make decisions on your behalf and have no legal or contractual effect.
## 3. Eligibility {#eligibility}
You must be at least **16 years old** to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service is designed for professional event networking and is intended for use by adults in a professional context.
## 4. Your Account {#account}
Access to the Service is provided through magic link authentication sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your authentication links with others.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate.
## 5. Acceptable Use {#acceptable-use}
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional identity
- Harass, abuse, or send unwanted communications to other users
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape data or interact with the Service
- Attempt to manipulate AI features through prompt injection or similar techniques
- Upload malicious content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
## 6. AI Features {#ai-features}
The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide matching recommendations, profile insights, session summaries, and other features. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies
- AI recommendations are advisory only and do not constitute professional advice
- You can view, edit, and correct AI-generated content about you via the transparency page
- You can disable AI features at any time through your privacy settings
- Optional AI features (voice recording, behavioral learning, cross-event matching) require your separate, explicit consent
- Optional AI features require your separate, explicit consent — the current list is maintained in the Privacy Policy
## 7. Your Content {#content}
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service (profile information, messages, voice recordings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including AI-powered features you have enabled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
## 8. Data Protection {#data-protection}
We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy), which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, your rights under GDPR, and how to exercise them.
All personal data is stored in the European Union (Finland). The event organizer who invited you to the event acts as the data controller; we act as the data processor.
## 9. Intellectual Property {#ip}
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Lataamo Group Oy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content.
## 10. Service Availability and Disclaimers {#disclaimers}
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use.
## 11. Limitation of Liability {#liability}
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lataamo Group Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from AI recommendations, lost connections, or inaccurate match suggestions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
## 12. Termination {#termination}
You may delete your account at any time through the transparency page in the Service. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, or if the event organizer's service agreement with us ends.
## 13. Governing Law {#governing-law}
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.
## 14. Changes to These Terms {#changes}
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
